By using founderlobby you agree to these terms and the lobby rules.

Your messages

You are responsible for what you post. Messages are public. We may hide or delete any message and ban any guest who breaks the rules.

Pins

• A pin is one payment that keeps your startup at the top of the lobby until someone pays more.
• When you are outbid, your pin ends. That is the product working as described, so it is not refunded.
• If someone outbids you while your own payment is still going through, your pin never goes live and your payment is refunded automatically.

Sponsor cards

• A sponsor card is one payment for one slot for 7 days, starting when the payment clears. There is no subscription.
• If the slot is taken before your payment clears, your card never goes live and your payment is refunded automatically.

Removal

We may remove a pin or sponsor card that breaks the rules or links to something harmful. Removed placements are not refunded.

No guarantees

founderlobby is provided as is. We don't promise a number of visitors, clicks or results from any placement.
